Welcome to a bit of romance!
I´ve used a little stamp from Prima Marketing and colored it up with my Copics. I then cut it out using the "out of the box" technique.
I added some Glossy Accents on the hearts and stamped a sentiment from Whimsy Stamps Film Strip Sentiments collection.
