Hello and welcome crafters!
To my card for the day I felt that I needed a sketch, and I found a good one over at Sketch Saturday which I used.
I started by coloring the image with Copic markers and then cut it down to a tag. The bottom edge was punched with a punch from Artemio. Old left over papers were used for the background and pennant.
I made the "bubbles"on the bottom right with a border die from Mama Elephant which was cut into smaller pieces.
The sentiment is actually taken from one of the stamps out of Whimsy Stamps Film Strip Sentiments set that I then trimmed a little. I also added a few bling stones.
