Well hello there everyone!

Today I´m dropping in to share a card I created for CAS on Sunday. It´s a birthday card, and I think it´s quite elegant.

I used a bit of Stampendous Aged Silver embossing pouder for the background, that particular is amazing. The framework was made with an old Spellbinders Scalloped Edge Frame die, the dots on it were filled in with a white ZIG chalk pen. The Inkido sentiment was cut out and then stitched to a Floral Doily Motifs die cut, also from Spellbinders. The lovely Freestyle Florals were stamped and cut with Mama Elephant products and then colored with Distress inks. I added extra leaves made with the Fresh Foliage die from Memory Box to fill in the arrangement.

I really can not believe it´s already Saturday...again; It feels like I can not keep up with time this summer! Speaking of summer, I think that this card has a lovely summer feeling.

I used the CAS(E) this sketch as inspiration, and a gorgeous Wendy Vecchi stencil called From The Garden on this card. Some Distress inks was used to create the image. To cut out the sentiment I used a Congrats die from Rox Stamps. To finish of the card I added a golden sequin to the flower, and that´s it!

From Me To You

Hi everyone!

I´m back with a card for The Paper Players - it´s a color challenge...but I don´t know if I have got the colors right. Sahara sand is quite yellow / brown for me (in my head), but it seems to be gray here, hmm..but the gray is already there in the Smoky Slate, hmm...

Ok, here you have my finished card anyway. And as you see, I have also been bitten by Tim's crazy birds,  like many others...just love them:) 

My little bird is painted with watercolors. I have also used my scoring board to create the background stripes. I die cut a border with Spellbinders Fleur De Lis Border die and a "hello" with a die from Sizzix Tim Holtz Alterations Celebrate set. The K-designs sentiment was first stamped and then cut out with a Shapeabilities Nested Lacey Pennants die. I added the sentiment with dimensional adhesive and a metal brad, and that´s about it I think.

Christmas In July

Hello crafters!

Today´s post is super quick, because it´s summertime...whoo hoo!:) I´m sharing a card inspired by the mittens card over at Muse:ChristmasVisions. But since I could not find any mittens in my stash, I switched them for a couple of other cute fellows...hope it´s ok.

With A Simple Flower

Hello crafters!

Today I´m sharing a Thank You card using the Up And Away stamp set from Mama Elephant. I really like these little cuties, and here is one of them giving a flower...Thank you:)

I used a stencil from Crafters Workshop to create the background - Mini Tile Texture and Distress ink. The image was colored  with Copics and then cut out with the matching die. The sentiment is made with an old but beautiful Inkido stamp.

Hi everyone!
Then it was Monday again, the weekend just swished away too quickly. I continue with the birthday theme here on the blog, sometimes it can happen that a birthday can be forgotten. "If this card comes too late, it must be the post ... I will not forget such an important thing that your birthday!"

I`ve used the Birthday Cake stamp from STAMPlorations, a sentiment stamp from K-designs, stars was made with a Heidi Swapp mini stamp, Copics and a little Glossy Accents. As a final touch I wrote "Just For You" with Opaque White on the cake.

Happy Birthday

Hello everyone!
Can´t believe it, but another month has just flown by. The summer has really come here where I live now, we have been waiting a long time at the warmth this year. Today I´m back with new birthday card...

I have used some stamps and dies from Mama Elephant to create this card - Up And Away, Three Amigos with coordinating dies and also the Landscape Trio dies. I colored the images with Copics and I added Glossy Accents on the ballons for fullness and shine. I love these sweet little amigos:)
