Hello there crafters!
I have a card to share today, where I have used an old stamp with wonderful tulips in a row from Pysselpassion.
I masked the stamp a few times to create dimension and then I colored the tulips up with my Copic pens. I added a sentiment from Altenew "Beautiful Day" stamp set and adhered the panel with foam tape to pop it up over the paper underneath. I finished with a few clear sequins and some natural twine.
