Happy Monday everyone!
This card I have made considering that it can be given to both a man or a woman, so I have been moderate with overly cute embellishments. Moreover, it has got a pocket for a small gift where it can be inserted.

I used background papers from K-design(Take my picture), and I cut out the images from Reprint and PION design sheets.

The sentiment and the crown stamp on the pocket is from Red Rubber Design, the other upper one was stamped with one of the Film Strips Sentiment stamps from Whimsy Stamps.

I also added a Manor House die cut from Memory Box in the background and stamped a couple of times with a round sentiment stamp in Coffee Archival ink over one side.

A piece of metal was adhered to the top right corner after it first been treated with various media, I've already forgotten what I actually did. I also sewed a few stitches with my sewing machine and added some pearls.

It was finished of  with a leather string and some other things from my stash, and that´s it! Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Inspired By A Tattoo

Hello blogfriends!

I´m back with a card I made for this week´s new Craft -Room challenge. The theme is Tatoo inspiration and I went in for it so hard that I actually forgot the twist, a little pen work of your own. So the only hand-drawn on my card are the lines I did around the words "still" and "magical", ha,ha...

I started with a stamp from Autumn Leaves "Love With a Fluorish" stamp set and colored it up with both red and black ink before stamping. I then used another sentiment stamp from the set and stamped over the heart, before I clear heat embossed it.

I wanted some more texture around my "tattoo" so I used the Tim Holtz Alterations Diamond Plate embossing folder to achieve it.

Since this is a masculine card, I wanted to add some metal and chains. I also found a piece of fabric from an old pair of jeans in my stash that I liked.

The motorcycle image are from Reprint, I think that´s about it. I hope you  have a great weekend (it's raining here with me)!

Watercolour

Hi everyone!

I thought about trying to join the challenge at Less is More, before it closes for the week. But since I'm not so used to working with watercolors, there have been many attempts to get into something that I can at least feel a little happy with and who have ended up in the trash.

In the end, I decided that this had to be OK....and that's what you'll see today.

The Easter Bunny Has Taken Vacation ...

Hello everyone, thanks for visiting!
Today I´m so happy to tell you that I've been invited to be a guest designer over at Little Miss Muffet Challenges, where the theme for the next two weeks is "Anything Goes".

And because I was invited as a guest designer I also got to choose a stamp from the store, and then I chose this cute bunny that I just could not resist.

But since it's summer, and I wanted to make a summery card I took the papers from Maja Designs Coffee in the Arbour paper stack which I think have the right light and airy colors, to get the feeling.

I started by coloring the bunny with my Copics and making the sentiment on my computer. Then I stitched the image on to my card. I made some bubbles with a Paper Pen from the bottle that I had cut out from the papers.

I placed a Pixie Flower die cut from Memory Box together with a few pearls over the bunny. I also stamped a couple of times with a small Crafty Secrets bird stamp to get that right summer feeling, you know when the swallows swoop down from the sky:)

Hi there!

I hope you are having a great week so far! The other day, I felt it was time for a vintage project again:) I love the style and this time I wanted the card would fit even to a man and therefore I chose colors and designs considering it.

Additionally, I was a little tired of all square cards and wanted to do something different and this is how it turned out ...

Sketch Again...

Well hello there friends!

There is a new sketch challenge over at CAS(E) this Sketch and I thought to try it. I had an idea to heat emboss on a doily for a chalkboard effect....and I did that, but...

 ... I do not know if it fits into a CAS card. Although I tried to minimize the decorations to a single small fabric flower, I think it was just too much.

Sure, it became quite nice but ... I'm not so happy with this card. Anyway, please tell me what you think.

Training Log

Hi everyone!

Now that summer has arrived, it´s easy to train and I usually keep a training Log or rather, I have one online and then one in the old-fashioned paper way. Now it's time for a new paper version and of course, I wanted to fix it up a bit.

I dressed in the covers with pieces of fabric and then I used a lot of leftover stuff together with some old stamps that I found in my stash.

It can be easily opened and closed by using a piece of wire.

Today You Will Be Celebrated

Hello and welcome!

Today I have a card for a guy who turns 25 to show you. It was a little hard to come up with something because I don´t think he is cars/hard rock/sport/boats style of guy, so it got a little nature inspired instead.

I hope he likes it, I tried to keep it pretty "clean".

I started with papers from the "Ready To Go" paper pad from American Crafts and a digi image saved on my computer,  which I colored up with my Copics. I also added some Glossy Accents on the bubbles and Star Dust Stickles.

The left black butterfly border was made with Memory Box "Kensington Border". For the sentiment I used one stamp from Stämpelkällan.

I finished of  with one of my butterflies, you have seen them before:) On the inside, I made a pocket for some money or a gift card.

Hello and welcome!

Today I have a masculine card to share with no text on the front, a little fun...I think.

And yes, I know I failed a bit with the bottom arrow ... but it'll surely be seen that it is handmade:)

I used stamps from Tim Holtz and Glitz Laced with Grace set, Ribbon, Staples, Distress inks and some pencils. That´s it from me today!
