A Big Hug On Your Birthday

Hello and welcome!

 I have a Birthday card to share today where I have used one of the wonderful stamps from Tim Holtz "Bird Crazy" stamp set.

But first I started with the background, that was spread with embossing paste over the "Polka Dotty" stencil from Studio 490 Wendy Vecchi. I then sprinkled over Stampendous "Shabby White" embossing pouder and heated in to get the puffy surface...love those pouders! Next, I colored the bird with my Copic pens and stamped the Rox Stamps sentiment. I used foam tape to give dimension and finished of by adding a flower and a golden ribbon.

Hello there!

I hope you are having a great week. Personally, I think they go way too fast. For today´s card, I have used a super cute stamp and die set from Nellie´s Choice, DADA Die with clear stamp "Hugs".

I stared by cutting the frame and the leafs using Tonic Studios Budding Vine die and a couple of Lawn Fawn dies. I adhered the frame with foam tape to give dimension over a piece of leftover green paper from my way too big stash;) All coloring is made with my Copic pens. The word Hug was cut with a Gummiapan die and the K-designs sentiment was white heat embossed. I finished of by adding a few purple beads.

Hello there!

I hope you all had a nice Easter together with family and friends! Today I´m sharing a card made for The Paper Players - CAS Paper Piecing challenge.

I´m also playing along with Crafty Creations - Anything Goes, Dragonfly Dreams - Include an Animal and Creative Moments - Anything Goes.

I started by stamping the Hedgehog Kisses from Penny Black and color it up with my Copics. I also stamped the balloons on a piece of leftover designer paper and cut out by hand. Next, I masked the hedgehogs and balloons so that I could create some sort of cloudy background by sponging Distress inks over an old Mama Elephant die cut. I added foam tape to the balloons to create some dimension. The Gummiapan sentiment were clear heat embossed and that´s about it, I think.

Congratulations

Hello there friends!

Sometimes you have to work a little extra with a card, this is such one and yet I am not happy with it. In fakt everything went wrong and I had to think of new ways...here is what finaly came out.

I created the background panel using Distress inks and Spellbinders Labels One/Decorative Labels One. The flower from Altenew´s Beautiful Day stamp set was also stamped with Distress inks and then cut out by hand. Next, I pulled out some more dies from my stash, the Memory Box Fresh Foliage and one Craft Emotions bow die that I sponged with Black Soot. I used foam tape between the layers for added depth. The sentiment is from K-designs. I finished my card by adding some Glossy Accents and enamel dots.

Hello there friends!

I´m dropping in to share a Birthday card I created after I seen the color challenge over at Just Add Ink, it's really not my colors but for once I was going to give it a try.

This is what came out. I started by creating the background using my Distress inks and splattering some waterdrops. I had already decided to use Altenew's Painted Flowers stamp set so after stamping, I cut out my flowers with the coordinated dies and added some Glossy Accents in the middle of the flowers. I also die cut and embossed the basket using a ioStamps die. Next, I stamped the Scrapfabriken sentiment and die cut the bow using one CraftEmotions die. I sponged it with Distress inks and tied a piece of cotton thread around. A few bling stones are the perfect finishing details.

Hi there!

I needed a male birthday card and now I have done this...

...I used a stamp set from SugarPea Designs and colored up with my Copic pens, I added Glossy Accents to the glasses. I cut out by hand and adhered the images with foam tape to the background. And that, was made with the Memory Box Modern Landscape Border die, Distress inks and flowers made with Copics, Nuvo Drops and some small flowers from the store...voila!

Hello out there!

My card today is created with the Magnolias For Her stamp set from Altenew. Just like so many others, I have fallen in love with their wonderful flower stamps.

I colored mine in green, don´t know if there are green magnolias at all but because I like green it got to be so. First I stamped and heat embossed the flowers with gold embossing pouder before I colored up with Distress inks. The sentiment is from the same stamp set. I added a few pearls and clear sequins for a finishing touch. A really simple card which may even be suitable for a man?

Hello friends!

I hope you´ve had a good week so far. Today I have a Birthday card to share with you created using the gorgeous Dee´s Distinctively Secret Garden dies. All coloring are made with Distress ink watercolors.

For the background I stamped some old Viva Decor flowers and clear heat embossed them, then I colored with blue watercolor. I cut out the Mama Elephant numbers, sponged them with Distress inks and added a layer Glossy Accents to them as well as the flowers. The butterfly was cut with one CraftEmotions die and after coloring I added Star Dust Stickles. I also used the Fresh Foliage die from Memory Box and the sentiment die from Gummiapan. To finish of, I added a few blue pearls.

Hi everyone!

I´m back today to share a Birthday card, and I have used the adorable Beary Special Birthday stamp set from My Favourite Things to this somewhat childish card.

I colored the image up with my Copics, I also added some Glossy Accents and sprinkled loose glitter over before it had dried. I cut the image out by hand and placed it in the frame which I created by using a leftover Christmas cut-out as a stencil and sponged with green Distress ink. I then cut a circle using Lawn Fawn Large Cross-Stitched Stackables. I also used a Die-Namics Inside&Out Diagonal Stitched Square die. The Happy Birthday stamp is from Rox Stamps and was white heat embossed, the bow were cut with one Craft Emotions die out of gold glitter cardstock.

I´m back after the Christmas and New Year, I hope that 2019 will be wonderful for all of us. So, the new year inspired me to create this card, but I haven't found time to post it until now.

For my card I started with black and gold glitter cardstock. I die cut the front panels using Memory Box Latchette Border die and layered with foam tape. On the inside, I stamped the fireworks from Marianne Design, the Kristina Scrapbooking sentiment and heat embossed with some different metal pouders. I added some bling stones and leftover stars to finish of and I called this one done.

Hello there!
I´m back today with a Birthday card perfect for the birthday period that will come about in November in our family. This image is a digi and I colored it up with my Copics, I also added some Star Dust Stickles and Glossy Accents, then I cut it out by hand.

I poped up the image with foam tape over the designer paper background. I stamped the Inkido sentiment in green and then clear heat embossed it, the small Rox Stamps sentiment was also stamped and heat embossed, but in black. I die cut the leaves using Memory Box Fresh Folige die and sponged them with Distress inks. I finished my card with a few small Copic colored hearts colvered with Glossy Accents...and a twine.

Today's card has a humorous twist in addition to a different folding, and it is meant to be a birthday card.

I just love the `Les rats des villes´ stamp set from Katzelkraft, they have such wonderful facial expressions! Here I colored one of them up with my Copics and cut it out by hand before I adhered the mouse with foam tape for dimension. I also used STAMPlorations `Party Mates´ stamp set to the bakery, a CraftEmotions die for the bow, a Gummiapan die for the Congratulations on the left side and the text stamp is from K-designs. To create a background I added some blue  splatters on watercolor paper and let dry. The sentiment to the right is from Reprint. I finished my card by adding a ribbon and some Glossy Accents.

It´s Monday and I have a card with a very cute and kind snake to share today. I´m playing along with a few blog challenges.

This sweet snake is a digi image that I colored up with my Copic pens, I also used a little Glossy Accents for the eyes. I stamped the Reprint sentiment, die cut out with a speech bubble die and popped up using foam tape. I added a leaf that I punched out of gold glitter paper together with some leftover leafs that I sponged with Distress inks. And that's all I think, a pretty simple card.

I´m here to share a Birthday card for a grandchild as well as for Cupcake Inspirations color theme challenge, pink, teal and cream, this is my take.

For my card I used a digi image that I colored up with my Copics, I also added some Glossy Accents. The rounded edge was made with a Die-namics die and for the teal stripes at the lover part, I used Studio 490 Wendy Vecchi´s Dots & Stripes Borders stencil together with Distress inks. Next, I stamped the Reprint sentiment and cut it out with a Joy Crafts Speech bubble die, I backed it up with black foam for dimension. I decided to add a butterfly from an old cut out paper, I adhered metal tape behind before I cut it out so I could bend it a bit.
