Thanks For The Help!

Hi everyone!
This time of year it might be good to have a thank you card ready, there's always someone who needs to be thanked for having watered the flowers, cut the grass, taking care of the mail or gone out with the dog.

I have used the Ros Collage stamp from Inkido and colored it with Distress inks, the sentiment stamp is also from Inkido.

I cut out a butterfly from a PION design sheet of paper and adhered it together with a pearl, and that´s it...

This Is...The Big Day

Hello there!

I have a little guy in my vicinity who are six years old in a couple of days and that is something he is really looking forward to:) So now I have made ​​a card for him which I hope he will like.

I colored up a digi image (it can be from"The Crafting Dragon" but I´m not sure) with my Copics and then I stamped the Heidi Swapp sentiments beside the dragon. Then I cut it out with Nestabilities Labels Eleven.

I layered the image over some old Shimmer Flocked Paper that I found in my stash and die cuts made with Spellbinders Card creator dies.

Some other small decorations were also used along with a congratulations stamp from You Do.

Hi everyone!

Today I have a card to show that I've done to my father in law for his birthday in a few days. It's always difficult with male cards, and this one I wanted to do a little more fun and not so gloomy...

I used papers from Prima "The Optimist" Collection and Marion Smith Designs Mad Tea Party "Cut & Create".

All stamps that I have used are heat embossed with white embossing pouder. The one on front is from Slöjd-Detaljer and the other on the inside is from Bildmålarna (Today you should be celebrated), Stämpelkällan (Congratulations on your day) and K-designs (Did anyone said Cake?).

I stitched down a pennant of vellum that I first stamped "hugs" on, and then I added some more fun things that I found in my stash.

Fingerprint Flower

Hi everyone!

I'm back after a short holiday week with plenty of sunshine... Once back home, I surfed around a bit among challenges and blogs, and then I got stuck on the challenge over at "Less is More" - Adapt a Fingerprint.

So here I have made ​​a mini card with the dimensions 11x7cm. I have used three different Distress ink colors along with the ring finger and the little finger to make the flower.

Next I colored green with a water brush, and then I used some of the mini stamps from Heidi Swapp for the flower center and the sentiment.

Summer Heat

Hello there!
It's a new challenge over at Frilly and Funkie where they want to see warm summer colors and even include a summer flower. Sunshine yellow is otherwise not a color I usually associate with the vintage style and I do not think I succeeded with that either. 

But it turned out quite nice though, and I associate the flower with those old shower sponges they used before, so I thought it fit so well here in my beach theme.

I colored my digi image with my Copics and cut it out with one Nestabilities Labels Ten die. The sand was made with Stampendous Shabby White embossing pouder and Fragments. A postage stamp (with the Swedish mountains, ha, ha ...) may symbolize that you usually send cards on your vacation to friends and family.

 For the frame I used one Spellbinders Card Creator die. Lovely "Hello Summer" papers from Echo Park was used for the background. Okay...that´s all for me...wishing you all a happy and enjoyable summer!

From Me to You

Hello there!

Yesterday I saw the new sketch over at CAS (E) this Sketch and immediately I got an idea with a butterfly, but I might have pushed a little too much on the sketch ....I don´t know?

To create the butterfly I used two dies from Memory Box "Cloe Butterfly" and "Tristan Butterly". And for the heart I used one of the embossingfolders from the Sizzix Scallop Heart Doily Set.

I stamped the K-design sentiment on vellum and cut it out with Tim Holtz Alterations Regal Crest die.
