Hi there!

Birthdays comes and goes all the time, and now it's time again to do some new cards because several people close to me are soon celebrating birthdays.

For this card I decided to try out my new Blooming Buds stamps from STAMPlorations, so I stamped the image and painted it with water colors. I also used one of sentiments that follows in the set and added a congrats die cut from Rox stamps.

I finished of with a few rhinestones for some sparkle and shine. Thanks so much for joining me, I hope you have a lovely day!

Christmas Star

Hi crafters!

Today I'll show you a card I did not think would be done at all. When I saw this week's inspirations card at Muse:ChristmasVisions I was almost irritated, thinking that now I skip this week. I think a Christmas card should at least be able to feel or see that it is a Christmas card, this card has summer colors and nothing more than the text that reminds of Christmas. But after a while I decided to make a card anyway but I decided to skip the colors and focus on the little that is actually Christmas (for me), the stars, the silver glitter and keep the stripes but in other colors. So this is what you get from me today ...

...hope you like it, and can get at least little Christmas feelings out of it.

Hello crafters!
I hope you are all enjoying your week. I´m just popping in to share a card with a little fun summer theme.

It´s made with Distress inks and an image stamp from Stämpelgården. The sentiment is from Mama Elephant - up and away set. That´s it...I thought!

Okay, I forgot to mention that I painted a little silver twinklings to the fish so that it shines a little and I also added Glossy Accents to the eye.

Shining Stars

Hi everyone!
I finally had some time to get crafty...and I can not resist but participate in this weeks Muse:Christmas Visions challenge too:) Here is my card...

I started with the reindeer from Wild Rose Studio that I just stamped in Faded Jeans Distress ink and cut out. Next I added it with 3D foam to the background that also was made with Distress inks. I stitched around the edges with my sewing machine but without thread. Then I stamped the Inkido sentiment and white heat embossed it. I finished my card with a few bling stones.

It´s A Good Day

Hello there crafters!

I hope you all have enjoyed a wonderful Midsummer weekend, unfortunately it rained here with me but we enjoyed anyway a lot of good food:) There are many who are now beginning their summer holidays and then perhaps it might be nice to devote oneself to the following activity...

...I have already given this card to my dad who likes to go fishing. I used an unknown image stamp that I colored with Distress inks and a sentiment stamp from Mama Elephant - Everyday Greetings set. I finished of the card  with a little glitter Stickles.

It´s All About The Attitude

Hello and welcome crafters!

To my card for the day I felt that I needed a sketch, and I found a good one over at Sketch Saturday which I used.

I started by coloring the image with Copic markers and then cut it down to a tag. The bottom edge was punched with a punch from Artemio. Old left over papers were used for the background and pennant.

I made the "bubbles"on the bottom right with a border die from Mama Elephant which was cut into smaller pieces.

The sentiment is actually taken from one of the stamps out of Whimsy Stamps Film Strip Sentiments set that I then trimmed a little. I also added a few bling stones.

Right now, I think actually it's great fun making Christmas cards, at least in this simple variant:)

I used two Memory Box dies - Frostyville Wreath and Mini Holly Leaves. For the sentiment I used another die from Rox Stamps. The chipboard bird was heat embossed with Stampendous Fran-tage Shabby Blue embossing pouder. I finished of with a few red bling stones. That´s it.

Color Explosion

Welcome to my blog today!

I created this card with layers of K-designs Color Explosion - Watercolor papers, it feels refreshing and lovely with the bright colors, there has been a lot of vintage inspired papers for a while now.

I first used one of the stamps from Penny Blacks mimi´s love stamp set and colored it up with Copics, I also added some Glossy Accents. Then I cut out the image with one Nestabilities Gold Squares One die.

A sentiment from Bildmålarna was gold heat embossed and adhered together with cut out leaves and some other things from my stash.

School´s Out...It´s Summer

Hi there!

I´m just dropping in to share a card I have made to a girl who ends the ninth grade, and I want to congratulate her for a great achievement! I just love this adorable crab image that I colored up with my Copics.

I added sun rays made with Dylusions Luscious Leaves stencil and Distress ink. Then I finished of with a metal button, Platinum Stickles and gold ribbon. Oops, I almost forgot...I made the sentiment on the PC.

White Christmas

Hi everyone!

This week the hostess Kimberly Wiener at Muse: Christmas Visions has a tough challenge for us - create a card that is entirely white! It wasn´t easy, and not easy to photograph either...

...but this it how it turned out. The following dies/punches were used to make the card - Tim Holtz Alterations Holiday Joy die set, Memory Box Traditional Stars die, Mama Elephant border dies, Martha Steward snowflakes punch and Go Kreate Large Frames Plain Circles. I used a Bildmålarna stamp for the sentiment and finished of with white pearls a little Star Dust Stickles.

Merry Christmas This Year Again...

Hello crafters!

Time for another Christmas card, I will have plenty when it's time for Christmas:) And again, I took great inspiration from Tracey McNeelys card over at Muse: Christmas Visions.

I used the Winter Flurry Frame stencil from Memory Box to create the background, the Nellie Snellen X mas tree dies and one edge die from Mama Elephant for the scene. The sentiment is from Inkido and a few bling stones finish it of.
