Hi there!

I´m back today with another card where I have used the "So Happy" stamp set from Your Next Stamp.

Actually, I started with the back panel, I sponged the "On the Diagonal" stencil from My Favourite Things with blue Distress ink.

Then I colored up the image with my Copics and added Glossy Accents to the word Happy. On top I attached a piece of washi tape with flags. I also adhered laeves made with Memory Box die "Fresh Foliage" and the "Berry Sprig" die from Poppy Stamps. To finish of I attached some red pearls.

Hello everyone!

I have a card to share today! I´m playing along with this week´s Muse:ChristmasVisions challenge.

Here is the inspiration card.

 

I decided to try the same color technique as Cornelia on the only reindeer die cut I have from Tim Holtz "Holiday Joy" stamp and sie set. I stamped the sentiment from Scrapfabriken, white heat embossed it and cut it out with border dies from Mama Elephant. Next, I sponged the right-striped edge on the back panel using Wendy Vecchis stencil Dots&Stripes Borders. I finished my card with some enamel dots.

Spring Is In The Air

Hi there!

Today I´m sharing a spring inspired card with the "Fly with me" stamp from Bildmålarna, colored with my Copics, and I created a little scene for it.

 The butterflies are from a napkin that I attached to paper with decoupage technique. Then I added metal tape on the back and cut out by hand. The metal tape makes it possible to bend the butterfly wings for a beautiful and sustainable way. The trees in the background and also the panel behind them, were made with a couple of stencils "Forest" from Clear Scraps, "# 564278" from Prima Marketing and Distress inks on watercolor paper. Love those trees! I used a sentiment stamp from Svenskatextstämplar on vellum, stamped in black and then clear heat embossed.

Happy Birthday

Hello crafters!

Today I have a birthday card for a man to show, It´s a relative of mine who has had his birthday.

For this project I used Spellbinders Card Creator S5-218 die set, it´s so fun and easy to make great cards with. Couldn´t resist to die cut the sentiment out of glittery paper with Tim Holtz Celebrate dies, and to accentuate the words I adhered the same sentiment in white cardstock behind. Okay, I think that´s it...I think you see how the card is created.

From All Of Us, To All Of You...

Happy Tuesday! The team at Muse:ChristmasVisions has once again been busy to give us inspiration this week with a new project. I´ve created my own watercolor background with Distress inks and a stamp from the Reprint "Julpost" set.

I also used some glitter Stickles to the berries. Next I die cut some branches with Tim Holtz "Holiday Greens" dies and continued with the "Small Blooming Poinsettia" from Poppy Stamps to cut out the flower shapes. I layered them together and sponged the edges with pink ink. I stamped my sentiment with a K-design stamp in black and red.

Shaker Card

Hi crafty friends!

Today I´m sharing a shaker card featuring the "Well Rounded Elephant" from Whimsy Stamps. It's so cute...:)

For the shaker box I first cut out a frame with dies and placed acetate behind, then I used old patterned papers for the background. I filled the shaker box with half pearls in different colors and adhered it with foam tape. I colored up the happy elephant with my Copics and cut it out by hand. Finally, I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment before I attached it with a heart-shaped brad.

New Home

Hi crafty friends! 

Can you believe it´s already Friday again? It seems like the weeks just fly away faster and faster. Our daughter and her family have just moved to a new place, it's so exciting and I have created this card to them. I hope that they have got some order among all the moving boxes.

For the image I have used a Craft Individuals stamp CI - 218 and colored it both with Distress inks and Copic pens. The motive was stamped on two papers so that I could cut the bird and heart out and mount them with foam for a 3D look. I stamped the sentiment underneath the image with a stamp from Gummiapan. I then added Glossy Accents to the heart for a shiny look, and a key that I really wanted to include. Thanks for your visit today, I wish you all a nice weekend!

Today I´m sharing a card made for Sketch Saturday where I used this week's sketch, and Less is More with their OLC Geometric Shapes or Patterns. Here is what I came up with:

First, I made my own stencil with squares. Next I stamped the image and masked it before I placed my stencil over the card and sponged with blue Distress ink and splattered over with water. Then I  colored up the image with watercolors and added some Glossy Accents. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment from Mama Elephant-Everyday Greetings set.

Also this week I have cobbled together a card to Muse:ChristmasVisions challenge which was not entirely easy, I must probably buy some more Snowman stamps...or snowmen in general;)

First I colored the image and background with watercolors, then I created the ski slope out of glitter paper and a Mama Elephant die. I also wanted to give it a frame which I mounted with foam. I added a sentiment from Vildastamps and finished my card with a round postmark from Crafty Individuals CI-326.

A Simple Congrats

Hello & Happy Wednesday!

Today I have a card where I wanted to try out "inlaid die" technique, if it is a technique I don´t really know, but anyway here is my attempt.

 I used two dies, the sentiment from Moa Pyssel and the Memory Box "Latchette Border" die to the inlay. Then I stamped small flowers with an old Inkido stamp and colored them with my Copics. And that´s about it I think, except that I added some gold glitter enamel dots.

I wanted to create a card for Cupcake Inspirations, something fairly flat that could be send through the mail and I came up with this card.

I stamped with the Your Next Stamp "So Happy" set and colored the image with my Copics. I also added some Glossy Accents and Star Dust Stickles. To create the background I used the "On the Diagonal" stencil from My Favourite Things.

Today I´ve created a OLC card with an old Reprint Christmas tree stamp, Distress inks and a stencil from ScrapBerry´s. The sentiment is from a You Do stamp set. There is not much more to say about this card, I think.
