Hi crafty friends!

Today I´m sharing a card for Muse:ChristmasVisions and Kevin Bray, who is this week's muse. I still have not any penguins in my stash, so I chose to use Santa´s Elves stamp set from My Favourite Things instead.

I colored them up with my Copics and cut them out with the coordinating dies. As an extra touch, I also added Star Dust/Golden Stickles and Glossy Accents to some details. Next I cut a circle out of the front panel and colored the background with blue watercolors. The cut-out circle, I split in half with a stitched die and placed behind. The sentiment stamp is from K-designs.

Have A Roaring Good Birthday

Hi everyone!

Today I have another card to show where I've die cut out an oval with the Inside / Out Stitch Oval die from My Favourite Things, I like the dimension it gives when the outer part is attached with foam tape.

All stamps I have used are from the Lawn Fawn "Critters on the Savanna " stamp set and colored with Copics. The background sunshine is created with a Tim Holtz stencil and for the grass I used both a Studio 490 Wendy Vecchi "From The Garden" stencil and some hand drawing. The sentiment is made with one of the dies from Tim Holtz Alterations "Celebrate" set. As usual, I could not resist to give some details a layer Glossy Accents.

Butterfly Shaker Card

Hi there!

I hope you have a nice weekend, here with me, it's very hot today so we'll shortly go to the beach. But first I want to show this shaker card that I have made in really warm summer colors.

First, I used stamps from Pink Paislee the "Butterfly Garden" stamp set that I clear heat embossed and then sprayed with different colors of Dylusions ink sprays. Next I stamped the cage and small butterflies in black with Inkido stamps. I cut out the big "Tristan" and "Chloe" Butterfly with Memory Box dies and adhered them over the shaker part, that I made with plastic film and foam tape. I filled it with small beads and sequins. The sentiment is from the Altenew "Beautiful Day" stamp set and the "hug" was made with a Gummiapan die.

Christmas Window

Hello there crafters!

Today I´m haring a pretty clean and simple card for Muse:ChristmasVisions.

I used a Crafty Individuals stamp (CI-327) which I found in my stash, and after clear heat embossing, I sponged over it with distress inks. In the top panel, I cut out a Christmas tree with a Nellie Snellen die (MFD 015), then stamped the sentiment which is from the same stamp and added it with foam tape. That´s about it I think.

Flower Fairie

Hi everyone!

Hope you are having a great summer! I have it, but still try to squeeze in some crafting time between all the other activities. For this card, I wanted to create a scene...

...so after stamping the Flower Fairie from Whimsy Stamps, I masked the image and added the tree design by using Clear Scraps Forest stencil and Distress inks. Then I colored up the fairie with my Copics and added Star Dust Stickles and Glossy Accents to some details.

To get some depth to the scene I cut out an oval with Die Namics Inside/Out Stitch Oval die, and mounted the outer part with foam tape. The "Hugs" sentiment is made with a Gummiapan die. I finished of with a few flower shaped bling stones.

Monster-ous Birthday Wishes

Hello friends!

I hope you have a nice summer! The card I´m sharing today has been made with a few challenges in mind.

For this project I have used a balloon digi image, together with one of the cute monsters from the Your Next Stamps "Silly Monsters"stamp set. I colored them up with my Copics and added Glossy Accents to the balloons. I choose to give the monster new rolling eyes which I think is funny. The sentiment from the same stamp set, were white heat embossed and the background is old Sweetness papers from Pinkpaislee.

No Poinsettias...Christmas Stars Instead

Hello friends!

Today I have a card for Muse:Christmas Visions challenge where super talanted Chriss Blagrave is our muse again. But since I do not own any poinsettia stamp or larger die, I had to look for something different and the choice fell on a Christmas star stamp from Inkido.

Red Christmas stars ... is it wise? Don´t know, but I wanted to keep the colors and design so it must go. I stamped and masked the star several times and heat embossed them with Aged Gold from Stampendous, which is a thicker embossing powder that I like. This time I used watercolors and the sentiment is made with a Marianne Design die CR1327. To balance the card and give it a little more bling, I added some gold sequins.

Celebrate...Right Now!

Hey there crafters!

Today I share a card with you that I made considering this weeks "Time" theme over at Less is More, and it must also be a one-layer card. But sometimes it's not easy to create something...

...I wanted to use the Artistic Stampers Watches Background stamp in some sort of way, and finally after a couple of experiments, I used only a part of it. I found no stamps with "time" at all in my stash (it must be bad), so I used Heidi Swapps mini stamps. Ok, what to do now ... hmmm, time flies ... wings? No it's so ordinary, boring. Balloons maybe ... found no suitable size stamp. Ok then, it will be a hot air balloon from Tim Holtz "Tiny Things" stamp set. To make some interest, as if it rises towards the sky, I splattered blue Distress ink on top of the card. I finished of with a black enamel dot.

Own Made Wreath

Hi everyone!

Just popping in to share a project I have made for Muse: ChristmasVisions with the amazing Kimberly Weiner as this weeks muse.

And just as she did, I also made my own wreath using Tim Holtz "Festive" stencil, Poppy Stamps "Small Blooming Poinsettia" die and some non traditional Distress inks. The sentiment is made with a Rox Stamps die and a piece of a Christmas You Do stamp.

Happy Summer!

Hello there crafters!

I got inspired by Simon Wednesdays Photo Inspiration challenge, so today I´d like to show you a card where I have used dies from Poppy Stamps "Whale Family" and Memory Box "Small Flock of Doves". I added die cut waves for them to dive in.

 The background is made with Distress inks and a "Texture Raindrops" stencil from Memory Box. I also cut a Joy Crafts speech bubble out of it, and adhered the background with foam tape to the cardbase. Next I stamped the Happy Summer sentiment direct in the speech bubble. I felt that something was missing, so I found some small plants among my stamps that I used, and finally I added some blue bling stones to resemble water bubbles.

Summery Birthday Card

Hello there!

I found some old paper material from Panduro in my stash and got the desire to make something of it. Said and done, this is what came out.

Supplies:

Sentiment stamps on the inside - Stampingbella Tiny Townie Birthday Party stamp set, the other two is from Svensktextstämplar

Sentiment stamp on the front side - unknown

Die - Die-namics Fancy Fluorish

Seambinding that I colored in with yellow Distress inks

Fabric flower, pearl and a metal clip

I think I'll continue to dive deep into my stash and see what I find there, and maybe do a little summer cleaning;)
