I´m quite honored and excited to share with you that I have the honor and privilege to join along with the inspiring CAS on Sunday challenge blog as a guest designer this week! Thank you ladies for the invitation! The current challenge is to create a project with Vellum.

I was inspired to create a card by die cutting thru the vellum and to have a colored background. In this case, it became green because I decided to use the Fresh Foliage die from Memory Box. Then I cut another one in white CS to place over. The flower was cut with another Memory Box die Prim Poppy that I sponged with distress inks. Then I attatched them with a few stitches on my sewing machine, finaly I added my black Tim Holtz die cut sentiment and a few red pearls.

Celebrate

Hi again, everyone!
I´m back today with a card for this weeks The Paper Players color challenge, and I also used the sketch over at Sketch Saturday for this project.  

I stamped the Party Mates from STAMPlorations and used Copics to color them up. Then I cut out some of the pieces and adhered them with foam tape over the lights. On which the edges needed a bit of sponging with Distress inks. The sentiment is made with Tim Holtz celebrate die. I´m also linking up to Addicted to Stamps and More - Make Your Mark

A Christmas Gift Card

Hello friends!

I didn´t have a lot of time, but I wanted to join in the challenge over at Muse:ChristmasVisions and make a project for this week too.

I started with the Festive Stencil from Tim Holtz Collection, added watermark ink and clear embossing pouder that I heated in. Then some different distress inks was swiped across the image, I also added a little water drops which then was dried up. I cut the image into pieces and assembled them again. And that´s about it...I think.

Cupcake Inspirations Surprise Sweetie

I´m so honored to share this week´s super sweet challenge, here is the wonderful photo and theme to play along with:

So for my project, I was really inspired by the sceene and colors in the photo. And you can win a wonderful prize valued up to $25 from this weeks sponsor Craft Classes Online. Here´s my design:

I have colored up the image with my Copics, and then stamped the sentiment from Mama Elephant - Up And Away set. Next I splattered some ink over the entire image. Then I used a Mama Elephant border die to create the sea under the boat. I finished of with a paper strip, plastic eyes and a charm.
I can´t wait to see what everyone creates for this weeks Cupcake Inspirations challenge!

Summer Flowers

Hi there crafters!

I thought it was time to make a card with some exciting folds, it feels like it was a while since I did such thing. I found this Flap Fold Card over at Splitcoaststampers and here I show you my creation with this technique.

I used a Bloom Silhouettes Stencil from Stamplorations and Distress inks to create the flower image. The lovely sentiment "...take the time to do nothing" is from Rox stamps. I created the decorative edge with a Artemio punch.

I stamped and colored the flower on top from Mama Elephant Freestyle Florals and die-cut it with the matching die. Then I added it on another die cut made with a Shapeabilities Florals Doily Motifs die.

Today I have gone loose among all the leftover/recycled things that are on my crafting table and put together this tag. Just don´t ask me where it all comes from.

I colored up this chipboard flower that I found with my Copics and added Glossy accents on top, and I must say I really like it.

Ok, that was funny...and it feels good to not throw things away:)

Silver Stars

Hi everyone!

It's already August ... and it feels like the summer flies away. And soon it's Christmas again, and then I'm well prepared because as you can see, I have started super early with my Christmas card production this year.

Here I have used the inspiration card over at Muse:ChristmasVision, and a lot of old almost forgotten material, such as the old metal stars that finally came to use. I put in pieces of black Core'dinations papers that I first dry embossed and then sanded a bit. The sentiment is made in gold paper with a Mandys die. Ok, I don´t think I need to say much more about this card, so...thanks for stopping by my blog today!
