Hi there!

We have some fantastic summerdays here now.

Actually, you do not want to be inside at all, you just want to be out in the sun.

But late last night, I made this card and I used the sketch over at Papertake Weekly Challenge.

I have made the flower of a paper band which I have spun around so it looks like a flower.

In the middle I glued some beads.

I thread on beads and Seam binding on a pin I hade.

This little flowers is "rubbish" left over from when I used a border punch from Martha Stewart.

This is my style

Show us your style. That´s the theme of the newest challenge over at Sukkersött.

And this is my style! It´s Vintage/Shabby Chic but I think it's fun to try everything else as well.

As you may have seen, becomes not everything super - LOL!

Anyway, for this card I have used papers from PION design - Minnenas Atelje, they are so lovely.

I stamped a sentiment with stamps from You Do, and a bird from Crafty Secrets stamp set.

I used Forest Moss Distress Ink and heated in Clear embossing pouder.

All the edges are roughed up with scissors.
Around the card I sewed an old lace.

The front panel it layered over a doily, and in the corners there is plates made of seashells.
I used Floral Embelishments by Pateloo, I like the blue / green color of these flowers.
I combined the flowers with little white tulle.

I made a stick pin with a few beads and metal.

Well, I think that´s it, but I want to show you the inside too...

Hello dears...

This is a card for Less is More and Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge.

The image is a Robyns Fetish digital stamp.

I colored the bird with Copics and the sentiment is created with stamps from You Do.

I also used Nestabilities Label Eight, gems and green ribbon.

Blue Bird Singing...

Hello and welcome to my blog again!

It's great that you want to stop by and see what I´ve been up to.

Today I made a card in pale, pretty pastels.

And I have used the sketch over at Stampin Royalty.

 

 

I started with the free digital stamp I found at Beary Wishes,

 I saw it and I think it´s so cute!

Then I colored with Copics and cut it out and placed  it on white cardstock.

In one corner i have placed a frame made by a Nellie Snellen die.

I used a paper from Panduro by Vibeke Spigseth - Happiness,Pinky Birds and applied red/rose distress Ink on the edges.

I wrinkled blue seam binding and stuck together with white tulle and blue ribbons.

I punched out leaves and used a flower from Reprint and a silver metal sharm.

The sentiment was stamped on a ribbon and topped with two gems.

In the copner I twisted together some "shaggy" thread to make it look like bird nests with eggs.

Thats about it I think.

Butterflies

Hello, welcome to my blog!

It´s time once again for a another Less is More challenge.

They want us to show butterflies. Here is my project:

It has no text or sentiment this time.

The butterfly  is a Pinkpaislee stamp and I colored  it with Copics.

I hope you can see the scored lines.

The French lily is a laser cut from Panduro I have glued onto the card.

I also cut out a butterfly from an old transparent paper.

That´s about it. It is not just the cards that are Clean and Simple, that is the text, too. lol

Birthdays in Pink

Hello!

This week just whizzed by at the speed of light. And I have not been home for a few days.

But now it's time to show my latest card for you.

For the flower stamp from La Blanche, colored with Copics, I used Perfect pearl over the whole image.

Then I put a layer of Glossy Accents on the petals and a little Platinum Stickles in the middle.

The fram is made by a Nestabilities Fleur De Lis Squares.

The sweet paper is Forever Pink Music from Inkido.

I heat embossed the sentiment which is a Vilda Stamp with the "Cherry" pouder.

Three little roses with Star Dust Stickles,

 and there is more of that all over the card.

I used  a bit of my sparkly lace from my old blouse if you remember that.

Next I took white corrugated cardboard, pearls and pink ribbons from my stash and decorated with it.

Love warms every nest

Hello my friends!

I hope you had a good week so far. I am back home again and the first thing I did was this tag, late last night.

I used the stamps from Crafty Secrets Heartwarming Vintage Collection.

After heat embossing with Black enamel I also used Clear embossing pouder to get this look.

  

But first I ink distressed my tag with Peeled paint, Forest moss and Tea dye.

The background text is a You Do stamp.

I had a little feather which I put on my tag and little leftover lace and buttons.

Then I've just used a ordinary safety pin and a charm.

I´ve colored in seam binding with distress inks.
