Hi there crafters!
I thought it was time to make a card with some exciting folds, it feels like it was a while since I did such thing. I found this Flap Fold Card over at Splitcoaststampers and here I show you my creation with this technique.
I used a Bloom Silhouettes Stencil from Stamplorations and Distress inks to create the flower image. The lovely sentiment "...take the time to do nothing" is from Rox stamps. I created the decorative edge with a Artemio punch.
I stamped and colored the flower on top from Mama Elephant Freestyle Florals and die-cut it with the matching die. Then I added it on another die cut made with a Shapeabilities Florals Doily Motifs die.

Wow! I love your card Birgit. There is so much interest and the design is beautiful. Your stencilling and inking is gives a lovely soft look to the flowers. The sentiment and button finish it of to perfection.
