Hi everyone!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend with lots of crafting, as you know, it was the World Card Making Day on Saturday. I myself had not done much in that way because I have been busy with other things. This card was completed on Friday ...
...after much struggle, and this is my second attempt with Coni Longleys card over at Muse:ChristmasVisions. For a while I thought to leave "a walkover" this week.
I have used: ScrapBerry´s dotted stencil and Memory Box Truly Gifted dies that both were heat embossed with Stampendous Aged Gold embossing pouder. The bow was bent and then glued together. Tim Holtz Holiday Greens dies and K-Designs sentiment, finished of with gold sequins.
Thanks for stopping by!
Hugs, Birgit

A fabulous card and a great take on Coni's card. I saw a similar sentiment in English last week. Such a fun one. Even though I'm good most of the time, I still get to buy my own presents, since we're not into exchanging gifts at Christmas lol. But that doesn't stop me from taking advantage of any interesting crafty Black Friday offers. If I'm lucky, the products will arrive here in Greece just before the holidays.
You did a great job with this - love the gold - it gives such an elegant feel! Love the texture of the embossing powder on the bow! So glad you joined us at MCV this week, Birgit!
I found this a hard challenge too as embossing is always a hit or a miss with me! but i love yours and a really elegant card! x
Duh, just remembered where I saw the English version of your sentiment ... on Coni's card...
I'd say you nailed this CASE. What an amazing and exquisite card...wish I knew Swedish. But actually doesn't matter...I get so much pleasure looking at your amazing card.
So pretty - but then, your cards always are!
Love your card, Birgit. The gold is perfect like the bow. Wonderful interpretation of Coni's card.
A lovely elegant CAS card. Thanks for playing along at Make My Monday. Caz DT
