Hi there! Welcome back.

Today I have a tag to show you and it is inspired by the summer of course.

I like these old black and white pictures so much, and I wanted to match them with some vintage feelings. So I used a paper from Pinkpaislee for the background and distressed the edges.

The other one I first covered with Distress crackle paint and then stamped with one Magenta stamp in Peeled Paint Ink. and distressed the edges.

I punched out a butterfly with a Martha Stewart punch and covered it with glue and glitter.

Then I glued some flowers on a My Design frame, and also leaves from Magnolia.

I stamped on a white band "Only For You" and fastened with a brad, then I tied round an old lace too.

Summertime

Hi,time flies by right?

The weekend is already over, where did it go?

Late last night I made this card after this gorgeous sketch over at Sweet Stop Sketchers.

I wanted to do a Summer card, to celebrate the wonderful season we are in the middle of right now.

I used a Sara Kay stamp and colored it with my Copics and Diamond Stickles.

I cut it out with Nestabilities Label Four, and the sentiment made on my computer was cut with Nested Lacey Pennants.

Then I used some lovely papers from Maja Design, Life in the Country,

and different flowers from my stash.

I cut out butterflyes with a Martha Stewart punch and gave them little stickles too.

 The lace, ribbon, brad and the gems are from my boxes.

Better Latte Than Never

Hello! I hope you all have a gorgeous Midsummer weekend.

So happy you stopped by.

I have had some problems with my internet connection so it has not been any posts in a couple of days, but here's one for the Less is More.

This is what I came up with for the sketch challenge.

I felt I did not want any flowers or other decorations, but a bit more text this time.

I have used papers from Maja Design - Life in the Country, and  Ska vi ta en Fika?

Stamps from StampingScrapping,

I used Spellbinders Nestabilities Classic Ovals Large

and Distress Ink. Tea Dye, Frayed Burlap, Vintage Photo.

I colored the coffee bean and the cup with Copics, and then I covered them with Glossy Accents.

Monogram

Hello friends!

I've been busy this weekend with a bunch of kids, so it has not been time for so much card making.

But today I made ​​a card for Less is More - Monogram

Here is my take on the challenge.

I wrote the Monogram at the computer and stamped around the letters with a stamp from StampScrapping in Spun Sugar Distress Ink. Then I embossed it with clear embossing pouder.

Between the letters I placed a small stickers flower.

I used the Spellbinders Nestabilities Classic Hearts die and also Spellbinders Nestabilities Classic Scalloped Hearts die to cut the heart.

And for the background I used Spellbinders Impressabilities Diamond & Stars.

The key is from my stash, and I got it a bit white seam binding.

In The Frame

Hello!

Just a quick post today too show the Gift Box I made for my dad who will turn 80.

I found the rose over at Create with TLC.

I printed the image directly onto card stock, and I have colored it with Copics.

Congratulations stamp is from Reprint.

I have just tied a small string around the box.

Carpe Diem - Fånga Dagen (Catch the Day)

Hello, thank you for visiting me today.

This card will make any dad happy, if he just likes cars.

I wanted a little more youthful touch to this card. Moore Rock 'n Roll and leather and less golf and slippers, if you know what I mean.

Men usually do not like so much "bling", so I tried not to decorate so much.

I think the striped paper from Maja Design gives an illusion of road and speed.
Take time off, and take a trip out into the blue.

The car is cut out from a sheet that comes from Inkido,(I Think)
The sentiment from Reprint was stamped on white paper, then cut out with Nestabilities Classic Ovals Large and sponged with Distress Ink. Broken China.

The "tree" is made ​​of metal and I've cut it off from an old candle holder.

This is leather band which I have only sat down with staples.

I stamped some notes with a stamp from You Do and cut out with Nested Lacey Pennants, you need music on the road.

A few rhinestones finished of my card and I made the inside matching.

Think Pink

Good morning and welcome to my post for today!

This time I have a match card to show you.

And the inspiration comes from Sukkersötts challenge - Tenk rosa!

 

For my card I used Maja Designs paper Sommartider.

The sentiment is made by a stamp from Bildmålarna, and colored with Copics.

I used an Martha Stewart border punch on it, and lace from my stash.

From there comes also the beads, the doily and the other decorations.

This is how it looks like when you have opened the card.

Hello, and welcome to my blog.

Even this week I have made a card for Less is More.

I have distressed the background with broken china Distress Ink, and stamped with Pinkpaislee Butterfly Collection in faded jeans.

Some pearls and seam binding that I colored in with broken china became a stick pin.

A little white twine finished it all.

To my Dad, who turns 80 years!

Hello everyone!

It is warm and sunny here in my part of Sweden, and it actually starts to get really dry outdoors.

Today I have made a card to my Dad who are about to reach 80 years! Hooray, hooray....

I think he deserves to sit and rest a bit in his favorite armchair.

I found the fanatic image over at The Graphics Fairy.

I could not help but color the picture a bit with Copics in soft dark colors.

All paper that I used, I have actually found in my box with small pieces left over.

Lovely flowers from Pateloo and punched leaves.

I have used the sketch over at Create 4 Fun but I have turned it a bit, and I got the inspiration from the picture at Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge.

Wedding Cards

Hello and wellcome to my late Sunday post.

I have made two wedding cards today. My daughter is going to a wedding in a few weeks, and I wanted her to have a couple of slightly different styles to choose from.

I show you the first now and the second in the next post.

I have used Impressabilities Fleur De Lis Pattern for the embossed background.

And for the heart I have used Nestabilities Classic Hearts/Classic Scalloped Hearts.

I cut out the text from a paper that I have had for a while, unfortunately I do not know where it comes from.

Added some lovely lace and white flower ribbon along the bottom, and in the middle of the lace flowers I glued gems.

I tied a bow of fine white tulle and inserted a silver and pearl stick pin ( with seam binding) through the sentiment.

The corners on the inside, I have done with a Nellie Snellen die.
